• Account data: name, email address, phone number, company name.
• Property data: addresses, photos, rental prices, unit details.
• Lead data: prospective tenant names, emails, phone numbers, messages.
• Payment data: billing information processed securely via Stripe (we never store card numbers).

• To process payments via Stripe.

• Listing syndication partners: property listing data (address, photos, price, description) is shared with Zillow, Zumper, Trulia, Meta, Craigslist, and other distribution partners to fulfill our core service.
• Resend: used to deliver transactional emails on our behalf.
• Stripe: used to process payments securely.
• Cloudflare: used for DNS, security, and performance.
• Secure database and storage provider: used to host your data securely.
• We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.
• We do NOT share your data with advertisers.

• Account data: retained while your account is active and 90 days after deletion.
• Property listings: deleted immediately upon your request.
• Lead data: retained for 12 months then automatically purged.
• Job applications: retained for 6 months then automatically purged.
• Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by law.

• Access: request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export: request your data in machine-readable format (JSON or CSV).
• Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
