Terms of Use

By accessing or using rentpushusa.com you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RentPush USA.

RentPush USA provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables property managers, landlords, and real estate professionals to manage rental listings and distribute them to third-party listing platforms including but not limited to Zillow, Zumper, Trulia, Meta, and Craigslist.

We act as a technology intermediary. We do not own, manage, or guarantee any listed properties.

Availability of specific distribution channels may change without notice as third-party platform policies evolve.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at legal@rentpushusa.com.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

• You agree to use RentPush USA only for lawful purposes.
• You must own or have legal authority to list any property you submit.
• You must not list properties that are fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory.
• You must comply with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable local housing laws.
• You must not use the platform to spam, harass, or deceive prospective tenants.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our platform.
• You must not use automated tools to access the platform without written permission.
• You must not submit false or inaccurate listing information.

• You retain ownership of all listing content (photos, descriptions, pricing) you submit.
• By submitting content you grant RentPush USA a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and transmit that content to third-party syndication partners as part of our service.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit including photos.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• Leads generated through the platform are your property.
• You agree to handle lead data in compliance with applicable privacy laws including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and CCPA.
• You must not use lead data for purposes unrelated to rental inquiries.
• You must not sell or share lead data with third parties without consent.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Failure to pay will result in account suspension after 7 days.
• Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days.

• Free trials are available at our discretion.
• Only one free trial per person or organization.
• We reserve the right to terminate a free trial at any time.

• The RentPush USA name, logo, platform design, and all proprietary technology are owned exclusively by RentPush USA.
• You may not use our branding, trademarks, or technology without written permission.
• Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

• Our service depends on third-party platforms (Zillow, Zumper, etc.) that operate independently.
• We do not guarantee listing approval, placement, or performance on any third-party platform.
• Third-party platforms may change their requirements, reject listings, or discontinue partnerships without notice.
• We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or decisions of third-party platforms.

• The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
• We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party listing distribution or lead quality.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentPush USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platform outages, policy changes, or listing rejections.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentPush USA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your listing content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

• You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination your data will be retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
• Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules.
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against RentPush USA.
• Small claims court actions are exempt from the arbitration requirement.

• We may update these Terms at any time with 14 days notice via email.
• Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
